Over thirty years ago, the owners of Northland Recreational Homes, Inc. began building private homes and soon found requests for their talents in building banks, clinics, malls, even fancy “over the top” horse barns. Realizing that their special talent and “joy” was the personal attention given to the needs of the private home owner, they began focusing their business in that single direction. Now, thirty years later, the owners of Northland Recreational Homes continue to enjoy helping people realize their dream in, vacation homes, retirement homes and major redesigns / remodel. Many of these homes are second and third homes for clients who have outgrown their homes, or whose needs have changed -- many are referral based, a friend asking friend whom they can trust with their dream.
